Dinner the fixer and answer to all problems...and how I know he loves us
I came across this photo and it made me think of this...
He would have dinner waiting for her....
If it is possible and he dies before any of us..there is not doubt in my mind that my husband will greet our loved ones with not only great food..but food they love. This is how I know he loves us all the time, even if it is not spoken.
I even tell this to our kids. If they watch, they will see it too. It is how I know after eleven years of being with my spouse that I see his love for not only me but towards anyone that is imporant to him.
I can count on it, like clock work, that if anyone of us should have a terrible, bad day our favorite meal will be awaiting us at the dinner table. It is his gift, and in return it is how he says "I love you, and it will all be alright!"

Man of the Hour
Got to visit with my favorite little man! I know I told his momma at least three times that he is the cutest baby ever, reminds me of my Macey (and Gavin of course, but Macey and Max look like Payne babies!) Don't you wish you had his set of eye lashes and those baby blue eyes...melt my heart.

Christmas Gifts...
Coal vs. rubber bands...if you get rubber bands from my daugther this Christmas it is because she loves you, and she has been working hard to make them for you and share them with you. Her goal is to make enough that she won't need a long sleeved shirt...and yes I do check ever 15 minutes to make sure her hand and fingers have not turned a shade of purple...
Love what you get this Christmas, and don't throw a fit!

Macey's moment of fame!
Macey finially got her wish, and was given a solo at the school Christmas program. Remember this?
This was her moment to shine, and she did. This was even more exciting to her than this.
I sat at in the front row and watch her be excited, nervous and then disappointed that it was over. She came home and said "We worked so hard on that program, and it was over so fast!"
Our little star, oh how she shines!
