Remember to Breath

This hangs in our living room.  I got it for Christmas.  Macey was reading it the other morning and exclaimed, "Really, Seriously...breath?"  I didn't know what she was talking about.  Finally I figured out she was talking about this sign.  She wanted to know why anyone would need to be told to breath!

Oh, I think to myself, to be seven again!  How awesome would it be to not identify with this expression or entirely grasp the concept that sometimes as adults we get so caught up and stressed out about life that we need to remember to breath!  We need to remember to hang on, take each moment as it comes and just remember to breath!
